For more than 10 years,
I have been a proud instructor and coach for the BCC Baseball Organization…
The Chroniger family has been proud to serve the BCC Baseball community since 1998. In our years of service we have coached all levels of players throughout the leagues, including:
"Coaching over 100 Rec Level teams, we have found that many parent coaches are great at managing games but unsure how to teach common game mistakes at practice. Other's find it difficult switching between the Dad and Coach role with players on the team. Having a Small Ball Baseball Academy coach run team practices can help eliminate all of these issues and many more."
- Coach David Chroniger
Every team has a unique makeup of players and abilities. Your SBBA coach will have a general plan for the teams weekly practice. This plan will include covering the specific fundamental needs of each team based on the SBBA's coaches evaluation. A vital part of each practice plan is communication. Typically we ask each parent manager to send a summary email about the previous game. This allows the coaches to plan the best practice for your team.
Team practices are to be completed on the date, time and location granted by the league office.
Team practices will not automatically be cancelled due to wet field conditions. If location has acceptable auxiliary space (ie blacktop, turf, ect) practice should continue as scheduled.
Team practices can not be canceled due to the threat of rain unless agreed upon by team and SBBA assigned coach. This decision is to be made by 2pm the day of practice.
Team practice makeups are to be scheduled the first available Saturday after the rained out. Time and location TBD by manager and assigned SBBA coach. Practices must be completed before Montgomery County Fields Close Nov. 1st.
Upon agreement of scheduled times and practices there will be no refunds.
